Join fight against censorship of ‘Militant’ at Attica prison

The Militant is appealing the impoundment of the paper by New York State prison authorities at the Attica Correctional Facility who falsely claim that articles on the 1971 Attica rebellion and current actions by prisoners “incite rebellion against government authorities.” You can help.

Since mid-October the prison’s Media Review Committee has censored three issues of the Militant in violation of the Bill of Rights and New York State Department of Corrections own rules and regulations.
